Reviews and Ratings
The hotel room was spacious and included more than expected, with a beautiful view of the cherry blossoms. The amenities were of good quality and sufficient in quantity. The staff went above-and-beyond in their service, ensuring we had everything we needed despite a delayed luggage issue. The location was convenient, just a short walk from Shinagawa Station. The dining experience had some good options but lacked variety for vegetarians. Overall, a great stay with a few minor areas for improvement.
My stay at the hotel was absolutely fantastic! The rooms were amazing, with a standalone WC that is separate from the bathroom, and each evening they were turned down beautifully. They were not only clean but also filled with nice amenities like lovely-smelling soaps, fluffy towels, and even slippers. The service was beyond helpful, responsive, and accommodating, taking care of every little detail. The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, next to Shinagawa station but still pleasantly quiet, with plenty of dining options nearby. The dining experience was quite good overall, offering familiar items, although the Club lounge could improve its vegetarian options. Overall, a wonderful experience with top-notch facilities.
The hotel is superbly located near JR Shinagawa station, making it convenient for transportation around Tokyo. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with a delightful view of Tokyo Tower. The service is top-notch, reflecting the renowned hospitality of Japan. While the dining options may have some limitations, the overall value for money is excellent.
